The hotel Selena worked just fine for us. The accommodations were just so-so but they were what we expected for the price. Everything was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and It was just fine including from Peter, the server.

  The staff were really helpful and friendly. We asked for a kettle in our room and we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. Organized taxi to take us back to the airport. Great location with access to beach. - Nice, clean rooms, helpful staff, next to the beach, within walking distance from the restaurants and pubs.

  Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket. Nice indoor pool, prefect private beach and nice spa too :) I would recommend it for all people for relaxation, and especially to those not very used with international travel as the staff is very supportive.

  This hotel is in a great location on the promenade with sea views.The rooms had triple glazing so it was very quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant "Francis Drake" and the food was excellent quality...one of the best restaurants in Balchik.
