We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!! I like that it's spacious. We weren't cramped in a hotel room. It also has a full kitchen,so we could cook and save money. It's close to the Grand place; about a 10 minutes walk. The Bed&Breakfast is located just of Sainte-Catherine in one of Brussels' most pleasant areas, very near the Metro station and an easy walk into the very centre. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and a thick carpet on the floor. There was a generous supply of water and equipment to make tea.
