The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. Charming, exquisite building and interior decor, full of character. Set in an attractive, quiet location which is central to everything we wanted to do in Bruges. Our room shared that same romantic feel as the rest of the building and contained everything we needed + more.
