everything was very good, the rooms were beautifully furnished and decorated. Breakfast was fine too, I really can't think of any dislikes concerning this hotel. - The staff were attentive and excellent. The hotel was lovely, clean, great amenities and well positioned for business and pleasure. I will definately return

Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable hotel. Weekend rate including breakfast was very good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast hours were generous. Late checkout on Sunday at no extra charge. Easy to reach from train station Midi/Zuid (3 stops on metro line 2). I would definitely stay there again. - Breakfast buffet was excellent

Personally we prefer to be "off the beaten track" which this hotel was. It was just oustide the city centre but on the tour bus route. The bus to the Central Station 100m fromthe hotel. The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future
