  This is a family dwelling units with spare rooms that is offered out. Very friendly family member comprising father & son team, although we were told the mother who runs the show was outstation at the time. Very homely and warm.   It was a great experience. It is really clean and the atmosphere of the rooms is very relaxing. The location itself is nice and quiet, still central. Stephan and Olivia were amazing hosts, everything you may need is provided and the breakfast and coffee was just amazing, not to mention the welcome beer.   I stayed in B&B Ambiorix with my wife and three children (2,5,8) for two nights. The owner is extremely nice and welcomed us very warmly, provided guidance about the city and answered all our questions. We stayed on the first floor in two connected rooms. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and in a nice neighbourhood. My room was on the first floor and was nice, quiet and warm. Breakfast was great and gives you a nice family feeling. I just realized I used the word ''nice'' four times but that word best sums up the experience :)

Mrs served us very good breakfast, with bio products, some of which were home-made by her (super yummy pear and chocolate jam, strawberry jam and bread).   This is an incredible place to stay in Brussels. There is only one room for rent here, but what a room. It is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. This is an extra-large 2-room suite that is exquisitely decorated. The bathroom has a tub and a separate walk-in shower. Toiletries are provided. There is also a Nesspresso machine and refrigerator. The suite is locate - Beautiful property, the decoration inside was stylish and tastefully done and the amount of space was ample. The breakfast was cooked to order and delivered on a tray to my room. The spacious lounge gave me room to work and relax whilst the bed was really comfy with lots of scatter cushions and a TV for entertainment. The location was nice and quiet and I felt secure as there was a police station next door. A ten minute walk away and there were numerous restaurants and bars and the park nearby
