  Excellent service, everyone working there was so kind and always with a smile, ready to assist you. The room (America) was super, the bathroom was "wow"! I never thought that for that price we would get such comfort and such great treatment!   Great room, comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Double bath!! Parking was conveniently situated. Breakfast was spent talking to other guests, very pleasant. We found it easy to walk around and quickly found the way to the Grand Place. Very friendly staff, vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants but once inside, an Oasis of calm. It was only a 5-10 min taxi ride from the Eurostar station. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was superb - delicious and a wide variety of items. - The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
