  I stayed in B&B Ambiorix with my wife and three children (2,5,8) for two nights. The owner is extremely nice and welcomed us very warmly, provided guidance about the city and answered all our questions. We stayed on the first floor in two connected rooms. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and in a nice neighbourhood. My room was on the first floor and was nice, quiet and warm. Breakfast was great and gives you a nice family feeling. I just realized I used the word ''nice'' four times but that word best sums up the experience :)

  The apartment was convenient to all the city center sights in Brussels. The space was great for our family and we were glad to make our own meals in the kitchen.   This was a great boutique hotel to stay in, don't let the tavern entrance scare you when checking in as the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, continental but all very fresh and good quality not like some other dodgy ones that I've had in some big chains. Also very walkable to all the chocolatiers, royal palace & town hall etc The rooms on the first floor are very nicely decorated and space - Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
