The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room. Definately deserves 5 stars. - Overall atmo

The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we relaxed up there late at night with a glass of vino and remarked what a great hotel it would be for a swanky event. Highly highly recommend.

We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!! We enjoyed the tennis facilities and the pool during our stay in Brussels. The location is outside the city center but it is on the train line so not difficult to get into town to spend the day sightseeing. A nice place to relax at the end of a busy day. -

This was a great boutique hotel to stay in, don't let the tavern entrance scare you when checking in as the staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was provided, continental but all very fresh and good quality not like some other dodgy ones that I've had in some big chains.

The rooms on the first floor are very nicely decorated and space -
Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
