  Staff were very friendly. Room was neat and tidy and maid service was first class with great attention to detail. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic choice and very helpful staff.   The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room. We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!!
