Quality -price ratio excellent. Rooms are decorated with such good taste and quality. The rooms are individually decorated with charm and style and the B&B is a welcome haven to come back to - like a home from home and a refreshing change from your average hotel. The host looks after you well and the situation is ideal; whether you are there to discover the sights of Brussels or for business. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Great rooms with lots of space in an 18th century building just outside of Grand Place. Main floor is an art gallery with some really neat items on display. Well decorated and bright apartments and rooms with quick and easy access to all things Brussels! Public transportation or parking is just 2-3 minute walk. Highly recommended!.
Perfect location, beautifully decorated and very personal. I will defiantly stay again. The breakfast café is fantastic, so much nicer then impersonal business hotel’s breakfast buffet. I spent too much time in boring hotels, so for me this was a lovely change.
Its location, 200 hundreds from the Grand Place. The street is at the very centre of the city, very touristic, and full of restaurants which open till midnight.

The positon of this B&B was very handy and the room was spacious and clean.
The decoration of the room is good. Size also is spacious for a b&B.
Must arrive before shop closes at 7:00 pm. Also, the top-most apartment is up 5 floors and then the bed is in the loft...essentially 6 floors up a narrow staircase. Not fun with two suitcases, jackets, etc.
It got quite noisy around 4am, so I think for next stay I’ll pack a set of earplugs. I really liked the room but the layout could be considered a bit quirky. If you are after a traditional hotel look and feel, this one is probably not for you.
The excess fee for arriving after 7 p.m., as it makes a good price into a not so good for a bed & breakfast. At the end, as many flights arrive in the evening, the night actually costs 126€ for one person.

The stairs are very narrow, so it is not ready for disabled people.

Very noisy at night. Noise from street until 3:00 AM. Also noise from stairs and other rooms because of thin floors made or original planks. Bring ear plugs.
