  They are good organized. We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation). Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment. There is a folder with your name, inside that folder there are all the... vad folk säger » info to reach your apartment, all the info for the parking, all the info for the kitchen as well for the WI-FI connection...and so on. The design ins - When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless!   Absolutely everything! Our rooms were very spacious, clean and actually looked like the pictures on the website! Our hosts were incredible and we would highly recommend staying at the Bonobo for families because of the extra space. The service was excellent. The manager took a keen interest on ensuring that any questions were answered and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brugge. Great location too! Parking in the lot was also a very nice feature. Rooms were very large and nicely decorated.

  We really enjoyed our trip to Brugge which was made even more enjoyable by our accomodation. Our room in the BandB Bariseele was incredibly spacious, the en suite was beautiful, the bed was almost too comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!!   My first thought was: I want to come back for my honeymoon! I absolutely loved being in Brugge, and this apartment was an ideal place from which to explore the town. I loved the space and the layout of the apartment. I also really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, with the main square just a short walk away. Or there's a supermarket clo - The appartment was located right in the city center of Bruges, only a few minutes walk to the main square. The appartment was modern with very good facilities, and with a lot of space for 5 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, plus a big living room and kitchen). The appartment building is "unmanned", but it is a very convenient and safe system for key delivery (locker with code).

  Our apartment was very small but well-equipped even to having cleaning products supplied. It is close to the city centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. For us, coping with all the cobblestones was not easy. A supermarket and a BNP bank with wonderful staff, are close by. Erik was friendly and welcoming. The kitchenette was wonderful - clean and well equipped! I liked the owner; he was very friendly and helpful and showed us how to get around and the attractions to visit etc - We love our apartment on the second floor. Spacious, cozy and if you enjoy cooking by yourself, you can find everything you want in the kitchen! The computer in the livingroom is very useful if you need to check any information. Last but not least, the owner Erik is very friendly and is always willing to help. We must thank him for his hospitality!

  The owner was a friendly and genuine chap who was very helpful - taking the time to talk us through the best locations on the map and recommend excellent restaurants and pubs. The flat was spacious, modern, with top rate appliances and facilities - a superb overall finish. Its very spacious and can comfortably sleep 4 people. Location was excellent - within walking distance to the Markt. Gilles who met us at the apartment was always contactable by phone and willing to help. Overall an excellent place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if i return to Bruges
