  Much of the hotel has been remodeled and present website photo's do not do the rooms justice.Very clean, staff very helpful, stayed on canal side - a real jewel of a view, complimentary breakfast fresh and varied, 3 restaurants accross the street w/canal view.   We stayed in the green room. What can I say? The location was superb, the breakfast was extraordinary, the room was beautifully comfortable and quiet. BUT - what made this that extra bit special was the host - Veerle went beyond what we have experienced before. She had provided us a half bottle of wine on arrival; asked us what we were interested ... vad folk säger » in seeing/doing and provided us with her recommendations for those things; she gave us the use of 2 guide books about Brugge, and a map of the inner c - Very well presented guest house and bedroom with a lovely shared living space above. Very comfortable bed and nice hot powerful shower. The host was lovely and gave us plenty of suggestions of places to visit while in Bruges. Location was a short walk from the main square. Breakfast seemed a little expensive but there was a lot of food laid out beautifully and the option to take away food for later in the day.

  Everything and I'm not exaggerating. The review score on letsbookhotel.com is 9.6 so far for a reason, because this place is truly amazing. The location is perfect as it is right next to the canal with the Church of Our Lady right across from the canal. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included is brill - Charming, exquisite building and interior decor, full of character. Set in an attractive, quiet location which is central to everything we wanted to do in Bruges. Our room shared that same romantic feel as the rest of the building and contained everything we needed + more. Breakfast was a delightful experience in itself - well presented, fresh, high quality foods with an amazing window view while we ate.   We needed to leave early, so the woman (owner?) made breakfast an hour earlier than the usual time for us. It was all very nice - comfortable and lovely. - Very good location,very clean room and spacious.the staff is veryfriendly and helpful,the food is good.It is much valued for the money.

  One of the nicest places i have stayed in. When i arrived i was expecting a small room but we were allocated an apartment. It was so nice.
