The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.

lovely hotel to the north of Bruges but a good position to walk around all of the town etc.Pretty Japanese garden, nice bar area and a really extensive breakfast with lots of choice for a buffet including bacon and sausage etc.

Hotel lounge area very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to visit Bruges in the future. Everything! Excellently appointed, luxurious, friendly and helpful staff, large, beautifully decorated and furnished room with free wif-fi internet. We have stayed here twice now at christmas time and it has had a really festive feel both times. The rooms are really clean and nicely decorated and also the dining room. The lady that runs the guesthouse is very friendly and the location is great, just behind the square. Would definately stay there again.
