  The staff here are unbeatable. If you speak any German at all, they will gladly speak German with you. If not, I only know that they know English, too. I'd be willing to guess that they know French and Italian and Spanish, too, but it would only be a guess. Either that or a physics and math scholarship. (We didn't talk much, so who knows?) - Great staff, really polite. Unique location, directly to downtown with garage. Nice breakfast . There is also a good restaurant close to the hotel. I recommend it.

  Few days ago I was travelling from Poland and needed a room for one night only. When I was searching for hotels in/near Villach, this was the cheapest I've found. I don't have any special needs, I just need to have bed and bathroom, but this hotel has surprised me very positively. Professional staff, very clean, renovated rooms and interesting con... vad folk säger » struction of the building. Not to mention about location, which is in the very heart of Villach. No regrets, I was very pleased to pay for that level - I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Check in was hassle free. Female member of staff was so helpful. I don't speak German but we managed to communicate in Italian. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was immaculate. Close to the main shopping areas and nightlife. I will be staying here again on my next trip in a couple of months time.

  A very nice room in a very good location - The hotel is placed in the center of Villach and from there you can reach lot of interesting places. The rooms are huge, comfortable and I really appreciate the style. Thanks to the reception that let me check out at 12. The breakfast is fantastic!

  Room is very good, free internet, reasonably priced pay-TV and the staff were helpful and friendly. The "gem" at this hotel, though, is the restaurant. The food I ate was deceptively simple but absolutely perfect. - Very friendly staff, very modern, but cosy hotel, very competent wellness staff (great massage!!)

  I was on my way on a road trip and i was late in the evening at Villach and i made my reservation trough internet at place. I was in the hotel just 15 min later and very kind lady from the reception was waiting for me, everything was very nice! - good breakfast, excellent location,quality kitchen
