  Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Loved the location which was within walking distance of a great many must see places and shopping opportunities if that's your thing. Very close to public transport too. Wait staff in the Brasserie were... vad folk säger » very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

  It is a truly wonderful hotel. From the concierge to the maids, the lobby, restaurants, rooms...I Couldn't find a fault in it. It is in a ok. Location to enjoy the beautiful city. The hotel is perfectly designed, the rooms are spacious and the deco timeless and elegant.   The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect.   Very close to Schonbrunn castle, 100m in the same street. Metro station is close and need only few minutes to get to the city center. Room was very warm and clean.   Very friendly and helpful staff. As requested we received a room in the top floors. The room was very inviting, bright, super clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent as well.   confort - On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. We looked for a spacious room as my husband has a disability and needs extra space to get around on his walking frame.   The hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the u-bahn and close a huge shopping strip. You can also walk to the main sites of Vienna which we did as the weather was lovely on our visit. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of foods.
