  Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Loved the location which was within walking distance of a great many must see places and shopping opportunities if that's your thing. Very close to public transport too. Wait staff in the Brasserie were... vad folk säger » very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

  It is a truly wonderful hotel. From the concierge to the maids, the lobby, restaurants, rooms...I Couldn't find a fault in it. It is in a ok. Location to enjoy the beautiful city.   The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect. A 5 star class for the price of a 4. Very friendly staff - The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was perfect and the staff was also very kind.   We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev). b) A room was quite spacious and clean. Room offers hi-end systems for free (satellite TV channels (two russian channels), movies, wi-fi with good signal). c) We recommend to have street-view side of the room ("garden-view" s... vad folk säger » ide is just ordinary backyard). d) There can be some problems with douche-cabin drain (water sometimes overflowed the cabin) - but it was not a proble - Excellent ratio price-quality, clean hallways and rooms, bathroom very clean.The hotel is close to the city center and the bus ride takes less than 10 minutes... 74A Bus stops near the hotel and the tram 18 is very close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.
