we were blown away by the luxury of the room, it was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked as you ordered and fantastic cold selection and plenty of breads etc. we had booked night before so very pleasantly surprised how good, would love to go back.

Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00).
Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped.

Excelent hotel!!! Nice atmosphere! Spacious well equipped rooms with huge balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Great SPA facilities (pool and saunas). Location is perfect, few steps from city center but still in a quite area. Own transfer to ski area. Restaurant is cosy, breakfast and dinner is delicious. There was everything we needed and even more.

I liked almost everything about the hotel and especially so the soap they chose for the rooms. I loved the Panorama room -truly the view is amazing. The layout of the room made it easy to stay 7 days without feeling crowded, the tub and the shower were super-roomy, tv channels for every taste, the bed was excellent and the pool and sauna area also

Everithing was just perfect. No words to thanks to Marriane and Thordes for the very pleasent stay at their hotel. They know how to make you enjoy even a rainy day.
Something has to be said: The menu offered is just SUPER. Our advise: take also the half board when you book the room. You will remember that as the best choice you've done that day. -

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff, custodialand dining staff were all first-class ambassadors for the company.Couldn't be more pleased. - The hotel location was ideal, just a short 10 minute walk along the river promenade to the Old Town - Innsbruch. The friendly and very co-opeative staff.
