Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend this resort -

Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

Beautiful scenery, great location near the ski slopes, excellent service, warm and inviting environment, nice spa facilities and an indoor swimming pool with an enchanting view to the Alps. Breakfast and the gourmet dinner were delightful. To sum it up- a great pleasure! -

The hotel is superb. Really gorgeous, each part of the hotel is a true
piece of design - with no compromise to comfort, added with an excellent
nouveau cuizine restaurant (one of the best in the region) and exclusive
service provided by extremely helpful and attentive staff. It sounds
like an ad, but it's true: I've been there twice - in January
and March'13. I was so amazed during the first stay that I have
booked it again for the next holidays - and was never sorry about it.
