Basic accommodation at a basic price, clean throughout, friendly service
and wifi throughout the hotel including in-room.
Around 10km from Kuehkai skiing area accessible by car or skibus.
Breakfast was included and had a selection of tea/coffee/juices, breads, croissants, meat and cheese. Perfect before a days skiing!
It is good value for money.

Thhe location for exploring the Tirol by motorcycle was excellent.The staff were ultra friendly,the food was very good and the whole hotel was very good value for money.The small town of Oetz offers everything you would need as a base in Tirol.Thomas and Rosi are great hosts and Jean runs a great bar.

The staff were really lovely and went out of their way to help. On the front side of the building there is a view of the Inn river. On the other side of the building from the balcony there was the most superb view of the Freundsberg. The position is a two minute walk to the centre of schwaz. -
