  the appartment was big enough for thw whole family. the facilities - kitchen and shower were good. and owners were very friendly. and the location of flachau for us was great.

  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.   Frau Laabmayr was kind, accommodating and thoughtful. She gave us a beautiful, homemade Easter cake. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The balconies had beautiful views. All of the little things were provided that we sometimes are expected to supply ourselves (such as dishwasher tablets, dish soap, towels, tp, hand soap). Excellent dinners at... vad folk säger » nearby restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store was 5 minutes drive. Bakery across the street had yummy struedel and bread. Whenever I had - - Extremely it is great place. It has a fresh view to green mountain. - Staff always helpful. - Price is good I hope it keep on it. - Place are fully equipped with all facilities. You will feel you are in your original house. - It is close to many lakes and activities. - I totally recommend it for all. I will stay on it other time.

  We liked everything at Haus Patricia. The house is perfectly located, with a view to the mountains. It is in a very good condition and very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Amanda and Richard are perfect hosts. They are always in a good mood and treat everyone as a special guest. This made a big difference for us and we hope we will be back sometime. - Absolutely LOVED our stay at Haus Patricia. We rented out the top floor apartment and had an amazing time. Owners had lots of good tips for us for places to go and see, as well as nearby restaurants, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Great stock of English books and DVD's in the basement, as well as a gorgeous sauna and game room. We will definitely be returning!
