  The hotel is nice and clean. There was a problem with our reservation, but the receptionist was very dilligent and kind, so we ended up with un upgraded room, which amounts to our very positive impressions.   We have stayed at the hotel Prechtlhof a lot of times visiting family, it is in a superb location very welcoming, homely and the staff and owners are terrific, the food is excellent, we have had many family parties and meals there, wouldn't stay anywhere else, would fully reccomend it.

  Room is very good, free internet, reasonably priced pay-TV and the staff were helpful and friendly. The "gem" at this hotel, though, is the restaurant.
