  The family owned hotel made you feel right at home, extremely helpfuland friendly. This lake shore hotel with the view of thelake/mountains is a gem. - Stunning View! We just loved it. Even had playground for the children. We would love to go back and spend more time there.

  Serene location, historic Hallstatt a brisk 30 minute walk, spacious lodging, a hearty restaurant 3 minutes away, and the excellent value. Please note that event though I rated the Facilities and Comfort only as "Good", they were absolutely adequate to our needs we are without any complaints. They were better than most at this price point, but the... vad folk säger » y were still a little shy of "Wow!". - We found our perfect place in the Alps. The location and facilities were amazing. Great for families, because of the animals, playground and games. Close to many attractions for families. Extremely clean and well outfitted apartment. We also enjoyed the sauna, which accommodated our family of 4. .

  Abel and Bertie are a dutch couple, who have lived in, and run ,Haus Marie, for about 5 years.They clearly like the area , and gave us all sorts of ideas for outings. Obertraun is away from the main tourist rush, with a variety of lovely old houses. The house owner offered us attentive help (print of local maps, suggestion on walking route )and considarate service (the breakfast is best one on our whole trip, thankfully, the warm water for drinking, which is so important for Chinese ), Everything makes us feel at home .

  Very cozy residence! We stayed here for 1 week in July with my kid of 4 years old. It was very comfortable for us 3 to cook and eat and it was very convenient to do many activities around there. Wi-fi had no problem. We had a very nice landscape everyday and my kid loved to go to swim in the lake almost every evening where it takes 8 minutes on fo... vad folk säger » ot. Barbara and her husband, the owner's friends are very kind and friendly. ありがとう。 We had a nice holiday. We want to visit it again! - The bed is very comfortable, and it is the most comfortable bed in all my trip in Czech and Austria; the house has everything you need for cooking, although I don't have any materials since the supermarket is closed when Saturday and Sunday. It is very close to the bus station, and train station, only 1 min walking distance.

  Great Resort right next to peaceful &beautiful Hallstatt lake. * Great Location: you should wake-up early and go to lake(1 min) with coffee mug. It will the best coffee ever you have. * Green & natural:you can hear bird singing and feel cool&refreshing air to deep of your lung. * Best location for do-nothing or do-something. We had a good time there :-) Do remember to ask for a small router at the reception otherwise the wifi won't work. Such a lovely place, we can't wait to visit it again.

  This is really a good choice for me. Thought it is not in Hallstatt, it still has good location. you can go Hallstatt by train (4-5mins), by walk(20-30mins), by ship,or by bicycle. Compared with Hallstatt, I prefer here to live in coz it is more quite and more comfort. This hotel is really good. It's very clean and very comfortable. And one more thing, it's ver - We spend 3 nights in Haus Alpenrose. It has a great location. Market, ferry, railway station, bike rent are reachable on foot. Ms. Angelika was very hospitable and helpful. I strongly recommend Haus Aplenrose. - The staff is very friendly,caring and helpful. The breakfast is rich and the location is good, just five minutes from the obertraun dachteinholen station and accessible to hallstatt by bus in several minutes.
