Hotellrummet var jättefint och städningen var dagligen och mycket bra . Läget passade utmärkt, tog 1 minut till shopping gatan mariahilfer strausse och även till bahnhof för att åka in till inner stadt ca 5-10 minuter. Personalen var super trevliga och hjälpsamma i alla lägen. Är absolut helt nöjd med vår vistelse. -

New hotel with a great and beautiful design, by Matheo Thum. The room was great, with a very confortable bed, great pillows, a Nespresso machine - that it's always a great idea.
The bathroom was very clean and in a good size. Great robes and flip flops were a good welcome surprise. The staff was very nice and helpfull -

I like the decision to mix the lobby bar with the reception services, as it brings more atmosphere and is welcoming even if you are coming in early hours. Also you may have a coffee while you are checking out. Being bartenders and receptionist the same time, bring a friendly and different approach than standard hotel reception.

Stayed at the Sans Souci in mid-February for three nights.
Overall, an almost excellent stay.
Positives:

I spent a week in Vienna in November with my adult daughter and had a
wonderful stay at the Sans Souci. The staff was terrific. They welcomed
us warmly, patiently answered our many questions, and overall made our
stay very pleasant. The intimacy of the hotel appealed to us, and the
location was great. We walked to almost everything, and the u-bahn and
tram were at the doorstep for anyplace else. There are restaurants
nearby; we ate at the hotel-recommended Cafe Biedermeier twice, in fact.
