  The appartment was cool and quiet facing onto a courtyard where you could eat your breakfast. It was very clean and to a high standard. The staff were really helpful with supplying fresh towels, storing luggage etc. The deli at the local Bila supermarket was excellent. The appartment was just a short walk to the local tram stop or 5 - 10 min metro... vad folk säger » stop, but you could walk into town (15 mins). The 5a bus was a bit of a curiousity as it only seemed to go around the block. - An apartment without a reception is always scary but this one turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. The management patiently answered emails promptly and presumably would be on the phone too if we had called. They were very helpful with a heater when we needed it and booked a taxi for us to the airport (even though the apartment is not sold as a full service hotel). We were very impressed.

  Very helpful staff,clean new bedroom and bathroom, central location. - The location is great, close to the old city and many things to see and do. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and airy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. All in all, it was a very good stay.

  The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment. ... vad folk säger » I would recommend this apt. to other travellers. - I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.

The Hotel is a few meters away from all major attractions for those who wish to explore the city on foot and also for those who prefer to use the underground. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable.   The host Mr. Claus was absolutely fabulous. He was extremely nice, hospitable, informative and helpful for all our needs and questions. The breakfast was great and he was nice enough to set aside some breakfast for us at 4 Am in the morning. The rooms don't have their own bathroom and have shared bathrooms, but that didn't seem to be a problem fo... vad folk säger » r us. - The staff went out of their way to assist us - we had a late night flight and, after checking out of the Pension in the morning, staff stored our luggage until 6pm at no cost. We also had to catch a train before the usual breakfast times at the Pension so staff very kindly supplied a 'picnic' breakfast for us before we left. Rooms were very spacious.

Inte någon "hotellkänsla" - The room was very clean and simple, with the exact amount of furniture it was needed, a lot of space inside the room and hotel staff was very nice and polite without exception. - Very good location, spacious room, a small kitchen is also very convenient.
