  helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.

  This place was a fantastic find. A short walk from all major transport lines, on a quite street. Beautifully decorated, fab facilities and overall great value for money - We liked the location because the center and Prater are very close! Also - we called 30 min before our arrival so we didnt wait for the host (saying this because a lot of people... vad folk säger » complaint about waiting...).

  New hotel with a great and beautiful design, by Matheo Thum. The room was great, with a very confortable bed, great pillows, a Nespresso machine - that it's always a great idea. The bathroom was very clean and in a good size. Great robes and flip flops were a good welcome surprise. The staff was very nice and helpfull - The Hotel has been opened... vad folk säger » just a couple of weeks ago - therefore everything is new and in good shape. The bathroom is luxurious and there is even an Espresso machine inclusively capsules in the room. The personell is very friendly and tries it's best.
