  Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption. Also especially well located for my wife who has mobility diffioculties. - The hotel has individual character and charm.   Loved the owners very much. So accommodating and fun!! This hotel was probably our favorite on our trip. Salzburg was also our favorite place we visited. - great stay. Only one night but it was a comfortable night

  We stayed in the two/three bed-roomed apartment. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and very well situated just across the river from the old town. The member of staff that greeted us on our arrival at 10.30 pm was very friendly and accommodating. I say a certain degree as there were two levels to the apart - Stayed at the Apartments, single studio. Was spacious, convenient and overall a great experience; even had a bath and dishwasher! Hotel facilities include a free spa area with steambath / swimming pool / sauna that we liked alot; theres also a washmachine in the basement of apartments building thats free to use - bring your own detergent tho.   High quality hotel with friendly, informative staff and many little extras. Our room, in the Villa, was more of a suite and very well presented. The location is close to bus routes, only a short walk into the centre of Salzburg and but in a quiet area. Add to this ease of access and free onsite parking and it hard to see how it could be bettered. ... vad folk säger » - The hotel was great close to everything that we wanted to see. The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.
