  Great hotel, quiet, nice view, friendly but not overwhelming staff. One night we asked for some ice from the bar and the bartender working gave us an entire cup full.   precis vad jag förväntad mig. coolt nytt fräsch med en rolig twist på allt. Jättebra restaurang. Vi käkade där två kvällar av tre så bra betyg. Bra frukost också. Rent och fräscht. - Läget var mycket bra och en utmärkt frukost.

  Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Loved the location which was within walking distance of a great many must see places and shopping opportunities if that's your thing. Very close to public transport too. Wait staff in the Brasserie were... vad folk säger » very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

  We really enjoyed our stay and the management was very welcoming and helpful. We found the facilities to be lovely. - A good location, a nice well run family Hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff and it has a lift.

  The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect. A 5 star class for the price of a 4. Very friendly staff - The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was perfect and the staff was also very kind.   We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.
