  Centralt läge nära Altstadt i Salzburg. Personalen var exeptionell! Mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma och gjorde allt for att vi skulle trivas. Jag blev sjuk med hög feber och personalen skickade efter doktor inom en timma som tog prov och gav ut medicin sa att jag kunde resa hem nasta dag! Jag återvänder! - The staff (or family in this case) was so nice and accomodating that Iwould definitely stay here again. It's a pretty easy walk to the hotelfrom the main train station, although I get lost usually my first timein every new city. Area seems safe despite some "adult-based" shops thatAmericans may equate with a bad neighborhood, which it is not. Hotel isadorable, by the way. - We would rate this hotel of one of the best we have stayed at. It is close to the main rail and bus stations ,also good restaurants. Walking to the town centre is an easy one about 15 to 20 mins.

  Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what I needed after a long day of touring.

The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. They looked after our luggage prior to our flight home. It was good value, quite basic but comfortable accommodation which served a purpose. The r - The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown . Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues. They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

  The hotel rate was amazingly cheap for what we got. While maybe an extra 2 blocks away from the heart of the city....it was half the price we expected. Clean, professional business hotel.   High quality hotel with friendly, informative staff and many little extras. Our room, in the Villa, was more of a suite and very well presented. The location is close to bus routes, only a short walk into the centre of Salzburg and but in a quiet area. Add to this ease of access and free onsite parking and it hard to see how it could be bettered. ... vad folk säger » - The hotel was great close to everything that we wanted to see. The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.
