  Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste.   The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment. ... vad folk säger » I would recommend this apt. to other travellers. - I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.

  One of the main things I value in the hotels I stay in is cleanliness. It IS clean. The location is great-5 min from Wien Mitte, where you can find S-bahn and as alternative CAT, which will take you to the airport, and U-bahn (metro) as well. As for water - do not buy water in shops :) the tap water in Wien is good for drinking and is very tasty. - I like location of KIBI rooms - 10 min walk to center. This hotel is near the "Wien Mitte" station, train from aeroport arrive to it. Room was clean, staff is kindly. Breakfast is from coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam.   We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us.
