  Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away. Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands. Th - large room is comfortable, 2 chair, 2 table and1 sofa is perfect, clean, silent, in the middle of the center, its close to shuttle from airport and its very close to underground, breakfeast is very nice and the same place going to be changed a famous restaurant at dinner time, you can see pictures in the enterance. there is a Turkish man works many years at the hotel, in the loby you can use free internet and print, reception staff is very friendly, I feel nice at this hotel.   Good, spacious apartment in a very central location close to the main pedestrian area. Very quiet. Convenient for sights, museums, restaurants, cafes and shopping. We had Apartment 603 (Deluxe Studio) which is on an upper floor and so gets lots of light. The staff were very helpful and offered a late check-out to suit our flight. Wi-fi is on - The location is excellent; just a few blocks from St. Stephens and the same from the Danube and Ringstrasse in three directions. The studio was large and one whole wall has windows that open. A good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. The room was simply but nicely appointed and the small galley kitchen was sufficient for our needs. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.   The location was perfect. Walking distance to most major "must see" sites. Wonderful restaurant / bar and terrific roof top bar. The room was not generous but very comfortable with nice quality linens. Staff was very accommodating and professional.
