The Hotel is a few meters away from all major attractions for those who wish to explore the city on foot and also for those who prefer to use the underground. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.

Food is great, although I would consider €21pp for breakfast slightly overpriced - Very clean, quiet with modern bathroom and bar features; beds were comfortable. Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go.   Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging.
