  Hög klass rakt igenom! Utmärkt service! Trevligt bemötande! Hög standard på inredning, möblemang och utrustning! Kontemporär design! - Great service from the hotel staff, nice fitness room (with TV), comfortable apartment with a pretty well equipped kitchenette, very nice lounge with a library, a PC, coffe machine, TV and sofas, and a supermarket b... vad folk säger » y the hotel door. - Very convenient location with super staff. They were more than helpful,spoke excellent English and provided us above the bar service, fromarranging reservations to assisting with taxis, etc. Absolutelyexcellent location and staff!

  Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? She was also very helpful about transportation,musems etc.(sorry again not to recognize you on the street) :) Location was good. We ca... vad folk säger » n get to Stephanplatz within 10-15 minutes. It was very close to Schwedenplatz. There were nice cafes and bars around. Hotel was very very clear and r - Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone... Last thing I would like to thanks all the staff there and I would like to give special thanks to both Mr. Khalid Zaki and Mrs. Julia :)

  We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-) The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. - Staff is amazing - one of the most pleasant people I met. Hotel has excellent location, nice big rooms (suits), tons of parking around, walking distance to down town.

  Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Good dislocation: 10 - 15 minutes walking from the centre. Good working free Wi-Fi, mineral water in the frige is also in - Citadella appartment hotel is a nice place for staying in Vienna. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.
