Personalens bemötande och läget. - Det var ett bra pensionat med nära till sevärdheter i Wien. Rummen var fina och rena. Frukosten helt okej, om än ej överdrivet urval men tillräckligt. Servicen var bra.

enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to
explore Vienna. The staff were very helpful and stayed behind for an
extra hour after their usual closing time to wait for our late check in

Läget var fantastiskt, hotellet låg ca 3 min från Stephansplatsen och eftersom vi kom med tåg från Westbanhof och även skulle resa från Westbanhof var det enkelt att ta sig.
Ett charmigt hotell med många vinklar och vrår. Frukosten var bra och personalen serviceinriktad. Jag kommer att återkomma -

Excellent studio apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was great to be so central and be able to walk to most of the sites. Vienna is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. The supermarket was very close so no problem stocking up! Highly recommend this apartment -

Walking distance to the center and subway. Lots of restaurants and supermarket rivht around the corner. Next time we will definitely stay at CAV again!

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

Charming accomodation, located in a wing of Benedictine convent.
Rooms are very simple and a bit old fashioned, (no tv set, two indipendent beds ) while bathroom are fully renovated.
Everything was clean.
Excellent position just inside the ring and close to everything.
Breakfast was good.

Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone...

We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone. We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
