  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate... vad folk säger » (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children.   The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.   Good, spacious apartment in a very central location close to the main pedestrian area. Very quiet. Convenient for sights, museums, restaurants, cafes and shopping. We had Apartment 603 (Deluxe Studio) which is on an upper floor and so gets lots of light. There are two supermarkets nearby with everything you need, but they'll be closed if you ar... vad folk säger » rive after 2000 (earlier closing on Saturday) or on Sunday. The staff were very helpful and offered a late check-out to suit our flight. Wi-fi is on - The location is excellent; just a few blocks from St. Stephens and the same from the Danube and Ringstrasse in three directions. The studio was large and one whole wall has windows that open. A good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. The room was simply but nicely appointed and the small galley kitchen was sufficient for our needs.
