  Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend this resort - Loved... vad folk säger » the style of the hotel - modern yet still with a Tyrolean feel. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

  Beautiful scenery, great location near the ski slopes, excellent service, warm and inviting environment, nice spa facilities and an indoor swimming pool with an enchanting view to the Alps. Breakfast and the gourmet dinner were delightful.   Zur Tenne is a beautiful hotel right in the center of Kitz. The service was 5 star all around, from reception, valet, housekeeping to the bar and restaurant. Food was excellent and the charm of all the light woodwork everywhere really brought the Tyrolean feel to our short stay in Kitz. - The place was full of character and well located right o... vad folk säger » n the main square.
