  The hotel was great both the location and the staff. I have enjoyed staying at this hotel, though most of the time I was away for sightseeing. The staff are very helpful and friendly (you just feel as you are a member of them.   I loved every moment of the 2 weeks I stayed there. Stunning location - we had a balcony with the most amazing mountain views. So close to the ski bus stop which was a pleasure. Also had a fantastic breakfast each morning with a view of the Castle. Comfortable and clean room stocked with all you need for self catering.
