  It is a truly wonderful hotel. From the concierge to the maids, the lobby, restaurants, rooms...I Couldn't find a fault in it. It is in a ok. Location to enjoy the beautiful city. The hotel is perfectly designed, the rooms are spacious and the deco timeless and elegant.   This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna; convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the corner and a bakery near-by also. There is a parking lot at the apartme... vad folk säger » nt that we left our car in for a nominal fee. The security and gates are excellent and an elevator is an added plus. - Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again!   We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate... vad folk säger » (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  I was there during Sibos exhibition , the arrangement was perfect ( Transportation , information , End day party ,.....tec) . Hotel is so clean ,it location is very near to vienna city center , only tow station by under ground , Close to nesteroyplatca station .   Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

  confort - On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. We looked for a spacious room as my husband has a disability and needs extra space to get around on his walking frame.
