  The hotel desk clerk, Nina, was super helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way to help us get everything we needed and make wonderful suggestions for things to see.   Stayed for 3 nights in this very nice guesthouse. The owner and staff were very accomodating and friendly, the rooms like small apartment were great with fantastic views. Overall nice decor and well kept. The food at the restaurant was also excellent and top quality. A great place for a relaxing holiday in Innsbruck or in surroundings.   Good location very near the the city (public transport is very comfortable). It is located little bit on a hill. So you have Magnificent view for the Innsbruck and the Mountins. Front desk staff, custodialand dining staff were all first-class ambassadors for the company.Couldn't be more pleased. - The hotel location was ideal, just a short 10 minute walk along the river promenade to the Old Town - Innsbruch.   Location is fabulous in the old town pedestrian area overlooking the Golden Roof. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.   We stayed in the cabin shaped as a tree log, it was very cosy and cute. It was spacious, with 2 separate areas, one for sleeping, another for eating. It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside. Amazing facilities: the bathrooms and showers, unlike other camp sites, were completly indoors and ... vad folk säger » were so clean, warm and beautiful, really! We were there during autumn so we couldn't enjoy the lake, but it seemed amazing too. The vews are certain - Very nice room with foyer, sitting area and sleeping area. Resort with great activities for the whole family. Lake front room. Very helpful staff with great maps of Innsbruck. Transportation to Innsbruck provided. Terrific place for a vacation with children with easy access to Innsbruck. Lots of access to markets and other shops for necessities.

  The studio was spacious, very bright and clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. No smoking in the hotel itself either and the lounge was very pleasant. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent.   it was just amazing! the landscape and the surroundings are wonderful, our kids loved the hotel and the view, it was like a fairy tale. and not far away from innsbruck. we spent there a wonderful time . thank you - Excellent location and not too far from Innsbruck Airport.
