The rooms were bright, clean and great room configuration for feng shui - mirrors could be folded away from main sleeping area - a feature I look forward to in a room. All staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Bonus there is a mineral spa in the complex. Parking is good and access is exellent. I am extending stay for 1 more week as

I was able to choose my room and staff went out of their way for me. -
This is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a view to the ocean. It is some distance from the town but that doesn't matter, there is a great walk to the ocean over a swing bridge across the river. We had two nights there and it was most enjoyable. Our apartment was very attractive with a great set-up for the ensuite bathroom.

Clean and spacious cabin. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Excellent amenities. Centrally located so it was easy to find our way back from travelling around Warnambool. The noise level was reasonable considering that the cabin was close to a main car drive within the grounds. -

No. 4 apartment was a very modern, clean and spacious living area with a wonderful bathroom. The full kitchen was put to good use, but being so close to the main streets of Warrnambool for the restaurants was certainly a big plus.
My wife absolutely loved the place the moment she saw it and we had the best weekend in Warrnambool possible.

We travelled to Warrnambool for a life-saving carnival. The location was great as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well presented. We even had our own private garage for the car. Would definitely stay again. Hassle-free check-in check-out with the manager.

Breakers restaurant was very convenient and had the best seafood
platter for two, thoroughly recommend them. Apartment was very clean,
had two toilets for a one bedroom I was very surprised. Yes would stay
