  Nev went above & beyond to look after us as we were arriving late. He took our breakfast order over the phone including gluten free, nothing was too much trouble.   Everything about my stay here was fantastic. It's a great place for reps travelling, couples and families. Staff fantastic, room was great in the tower (upgraded to this room,thank you) so close to everything including the beautiful lady bay walk. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

  Good clean motel, very helpful owner (I assume he is the owner, maybe desk staff), we came after formal check-in time and forgot to call in advance, our room was available, no problems. Internet price is reasonable and it works well. We were allowed to leave the car and walk over the town after check-out. - Clean, comfortable.   Debra, the hotel runner is such a friendly and helpful person. The hotel is quite old but very well maintained, specially the bathroom is very clean. The room has a small pantry which was provided with everything we need eg. tea-coffee set, crockery, cutlery, microwave, etc. The hotel is right next to Shell gas station, very easy to find.   We were booked for a 2 night stay. Unfortunately we had to leave after one night due to a significant illness with my mother requiring hospitalisation in Geelong. The motel keeper was very considerate and reduced our booking to a single night. Our room was actually the most spacious hotel room we've ever stayed in and ended up being my husbands favorite place to stay during our trip.   staff were very friendly and accomodating. room was simple but warm and inviting. it was clean. would definitely go back there - Staff informed us of places to dine and things to do while we were staying in Warnambool. We found this most helpful.
