The lady that owns and runs this motel was fabulous. She called me on the morning that I was arriving to see if I needed to be picked up from the airport! Transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport were included! She was so helpful! The room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy. Lots of little special touches that would make me recommend for short

Everything. Karen was wonderful. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant. She said that was not a problem and provided a fantastic breakfast for us. She directed us to where we wanted to go with attractions,shopping centres. Wish we could have stayed longer the unit was great modern impeccably clean . Everything you could want. Thank you.

My trip was brief due to family matter and I hope to go back soon to have more time to explore the area. Ross at the motel was a great help to me due to my visiting circumstances, that is why I returned as I had stayed just over a month before to see family. It was a treat for my family and I to stay in a familar environment with a friendly host knowing that a warm shower was awaiting for all of us. It is close to eating places and shops and was a good stepping off place to do what we had planned the following day.Ross and family are great hosts.

It is vey well located for anyone who likes to go to the Bowls Club or Twin Towns. The shopping centre is almost directly across the road and many restaurants are within walking distance. For families the ground floor rooms are ideal, as adults can see their children in the pool from their rooms. -

Motel is soo handy to everything you need. We walked to all.
Pool looked good but the weather stopped us using it.

The motel is in a very handy position with regards to the facilities at Tweed Heads. It is nice and comfortable and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. The staff were nice and friendly as well. -

Friendly staff made very welcome. No extra charges for rubbish removal or having your room serviced. Clean smelt fresh. Having arm chairs with footstools to sit in. -

I stayed here recently with my wife and son, and I was really impressed by the whole package; the family room was a large size, with a workbench for my son and I to each work from our laptops while my wife watched TV, and there were the necessary facilities for us to feel at home (microwave, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board).

The decor of our apartment had been updated so it was a very nice modern 3.5star. We had the bottom floor which was handy to the pool for the kids.
Staff very friendly. The size of the apartment was very good. The heated spa was awesome. It was not beachfront but still close to clubs and shops so we enjoyed the daily walk. -

Went to see a show at Twin Towns and decided to try this motel which is half the price of Outrigger and was excellent value for money. The bed was so comfortable (and I'm very fussy when it comes to beds) and the position just perfect. Will always book this motel from now on.Also much better views of the ocean than Outrigger Twin Towns. -

We found Bombora Resort nice and peaceful with a great view over the park. Not to mention close to at least 3 supermarkets & many bars / cafés / restaurants. Good location for most places in Coolangatta but also a quiet spot with a nice outlook over the park. While it is an older property, it is comfortably furnished and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is value for money. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
