  The staff were very accommodating, respectful and just plain happy to have us. As 6 young adults it was great to not be treated like children. The lady that cleaned our rooms was so lovely and made our stay so much better. I will book there again and I will be telling everyone I know about the hotel. - Was just what I needed. She was friendly, helpful and fantastic to deal with.

  The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we had problems with our TV at midnight it was no trouble for them to come and help us out. The bed was soo comfortable! I absolutely recommend this place if you are going to a concert at allphones or an event at ANZ stadium. The breakfast buffet is pretty darn good too! - Location next to stadium.... vad folk säger » The buffet breakfast was excellent for the price. The beds very comfortable. The rooms very quiet and dark. The parklands all around. The reception staff were fantastic,. Free entry to aquatic centre.

  we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite and it was just magnificent - the room, the cleanliness, the views, everything!! The staff were so friendly and helpful and our whole experience was just wonderful - we actually enjoyed our room more than the Pink concert we came down to see!! The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. Dining was excellent but note dessert is all four desserts.

  I was pleasantly surprised to find during a last minute booking that the hotel was offering a deal on a twin room with 2 double beds - this was impossible to find in other hotels of the same calibre in north sydney, and anywhere within the same price bracket. The late checkout of 12 noon was also fantastic, again I haven't seen this in many other ... vad folk säger » hotels and I was impressed at their flexibility and accommodating manner, both online and in person. Fabulous!!! - My room was spacious, modern, with all the necessary facilities. A bonus was the balcony with an outdoor setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. I used a wheelchair at times and many of the staff asked if I needed assistance which I found very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.
