  Staff was friendly and helpful. Free ice when needed was graciously provided by the staff. Small balcony overlooking the grounds, pond (lake), and sculptures. Close to large shopping center w/ supermarket & liquor store. Close to public transportation to cbd & airport. The restaurant service and food was fantastic, as was the young man who was our waiter. The rooms were really nice and comfortable and breaky was great. All staff I came across were helpful and polite. I would stay there again in a flash!!

  Good location, handy to northern and central parts of Sydney and easy access to the city via Lane Cove Tunnel. Plenty of public transport close by at large shopping centre. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Great complex with water features, pool and gym. Bed was the most comfortable I have stayed in in a motel. Staff bent over backwards for us and provided early checkin. Dryer was broken so a staff member organised our clothes to be dried. Seafood buffet was fantastic.

  we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite and it was just magnificent - the room, the cleanliness, the views, everything!! The staff were so friendly and helpful and our whole experience was just wonderful - we actually enjoyed our room more than the Pink concert we came down to see!! The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. Dining was excellent but note dessert is all four desserts.

  I was pleasantly surprised to find during a last minute booking that the hotel was offering a deal on a twin room with 2 double beds - this was impossible to find in other hotels of the same calibre in north sydney, and anywhere within the same price bracket. The late checkout of 12 noon was also fantastic, again I haven't seen this in many other ... vad folk säger » hotels and I was impressed at their flexibility and accommodating manner, both online and in person. Fabulous!!! - My room was spacious, modern, with all the necessary facilities. A bonus was the balcony with an outdoor setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. I used a wheelchair at times and many of the staff asked if I needed assistance which I found very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.
