  The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Medina is in a great location and we will definately be back. - I liked the friendly efficient staff, the excellent facilities and the closeness to the City.

  This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. We were also touched that the staff had given us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival! - ... vad folk säger » The rooms are spacious, we had a balcony, rooms and hotel clean, food great. Ideal for city entertainment. Near tram, trains. Ideal location.staff very pleasant. Value for money. We return every year and it has a swimming pool..near the docklands and local shops (7 eleven), Crown complex, Aquarium, immigration house.
