  All staff absolutely superb - friendly, helpful and attentive, reception staff and porters desk/concierge staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Room has excellent ammenities, was well designed for comfort and convenience and the bed was extremely comfortable.   I felt welcome and at ease - The location made venturing into the city a breeze and the view wasawesome. I attended a show at the regent theatre so it was just ahop,skip and jump away!
