  The fact that the hotel staff warmed the room for us knowing that we will be arriving late hence we would not be cold after we arrive. The room has everything that a family with young kids need. The jacuzzi/ spa was large enough for my 2 kids to dip in.   The location was excellent we had a wonderful time and was very comfortable with our cabin. I highly recommend for anybody to stay right in the heart of the major vineyards. We fully intend to make it an annual stay with them - It was quiet and secluded worth beautiful views. Yet it was in the centre of everything in pokolbin.   We visited the Hunter Valley for a concert on the green. The location was perfect and also allowed easy access to other wineries. Our room was upgraded on the Sunday at no extra cost. Hotel was very clean and facilities made for a relaxing weekend. Staff were very helpful - We loved the rooms, the pool and the gardens.
