  Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the apartment you can't hear anything. We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel - Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

  Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank. Rooms with river o - The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

  The location was great, walking distance to cbd. Loved the 2 bedroom suite we were assigned, had everything you could ask for except the internet connection which was a waste of time (and money). The staff we encountered during the day were super.   Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with lots of facilities which made our stay very comfortable. The washing machine, dryer and dish-washer are real bonuses. Kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient cookwares, crockery and cutlery. They even do housekeeping on a daily basis and everything is well-replenished. They even helped us to check in our flight to Syd - The staff were extra friendly and helpful allowing us to park the car early in the morning, then go into town and check in later in the day. Exec apartment is comfy, roomy and well equipped, even has a coffee machine. Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Good tram service into the city, short walk to St Kilda beach, cafes/restaurants, Luna park.

  Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Thanks to everyone at Citadines , we had a great time - Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

  This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and the Reception at the front desk was more than hospitable, very accomodating! I think the place might be haunted!   The luxurious experience of being in the Nolan apartment, 21 st floor in the sub penthouse with an amazing 180 degree view of the city and the docklands area was the highlight of this trip. A spacious three bedroom apartment all with balconies with magnificent views and a spa. It was luxurious and pampering. Prompt service from friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. - The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!

  The apartment complex is fairly new. We stayed for 8 nights in October/November 2013. The facilities in the apartment suite we were upgraded to, had bedroom, decent walk in shower room, lounge dining kitchen area. Space was efficiently used, with plenty of cupboards, good kitchen utensils, gas oven/cooker, dishwasher, and separate washing machine ... vad folk säger » area in cupboard to reduce noise. decor was modern. A small outside sitting area on the balcony was great too. Unfortunately the weather was unseasona - I liked my whole stay at Mint, all of one night, not nearly long enough. Wished I could have stayed much longer. The place is impeccable we were in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor, ensuit in master plus another full bathroom.this apartment is fully modern with all new appliances. The car park may be a bit steep at $20 per night but it is very secure and clean, no rubbish in sight, and spotless, I'm not joking, you could almost eat off the car park floor, it's that clean, polished and shiny.
