Very pleasant staff. Good clean rooms with a decent sized bathroom. Good facilities with a great area outside ( 3rd floor up ) to view the city and have a drink etc. I would highly recommend and would visit again. We love staying here with the kids when we go to the MCG to watch the footy, we can walk there and leave the car in the secure car parking. Lovely apartments with your own cooking facilities.

Above average customer service make it a pleasure for business travellers. Belinda at Tribeca east melbourne always goes above and beyond. Great Staff on checkin and checkout. Also were very polite with questions Will definitly stay with These people again. We loved the location, the pizza placedown stairs. The reception lady was excellent. The decor was lovely. The staff were very helpful, it was spotless, parking was easy to get in and out of and a great location. Loved the design of the room and the beds where great! Best place ive stayed. Will be returning. The Dacore of the room, 2 seperated bedrooms , and 2 king size beds at a very reasonable price. The location was great. The lady on reception was very helpful, overall we enjoyed our stay. Well located, excellent facilities, ease of access to the city. Staff extremely helpful. close to MCG and Rod Laver. Good food close by. Cheap cab to and from CBD. Apartment looked great - great layout and had all the amenities we needed. only 10 mins from city without the hustle & bustle. very peaceful. It was Very homely and spacing. Nice n quite area. Shops near by. Loved being on the 9th floor - great view! Large apartment. nice apartment well laid out will stay again but for longer. Staff were amazing at reception so helpful. proximity to city public transport. hotel design. Not busy city area. It was walking distance from the MCG and city centre, easy access to trams. Location. nothing. no fan in the bathroom which is very unusual. The floors were dirty and there were dirty food bits left on the lounge. It was a bit difficult to find reception. The shower splashed out making the tiles in the bathroom wet. No complimentary shampoos. Street noise really entered the room (our unit was ground floor and on a busy corner). A buzzing noise came through the wall every hour or so for about 10 seconds - incredibly loud. We couldn't even talk over it. The bed was too hard for me. I couldn't sleep. Needs a blockout curtain in bedroom, morning light wakes you. need to vacuum under cushions on lounge and toilet door could do with a lock. Trying to park legally on Albert street at 4.30 pm with 2 adults with disabilities . No shampoo in the room. Nothing. Safe boxes it was bad always locked. Bathroom and lounge area. No clear instructions of where the apartment was located - only one staff member on duty with an extremely busy office. Wandered around for 1/2 an hour only to find out when we went in search of staff member that the apartment wasn't even in the same building as the car park - frustrating!. Value for money Room service Parking Hair(? Pubic) on dinning table.
