We were very comfortable at Punthill on Little Bourke. We had a one bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities, balcony, washing machine, drier & bath/shower. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Punthill in Chinatown. They were just fantastic...nothing was too much for them and they were incredibly helpful at all times. They really showed what good service is about. I have stayed in hotels and apartments all around the world and they rate at the top end of my experience. It was nice to get a phone call prior to our stay asking what our parking needs would be, and organising the permit to park on the street (as we had a large van). Reception staff friendly, helpful, called me by my name. -

I walked into the apartment and was shocked, was so clean, so tidy. And excellent size and when we walked in the bath room there was a large corner spa! The staff we're so friendly. We went out for the night and got back early morning and the staff at the desk said we could have a later check in! Loved it all! -

Location was great, within essy walking distance of the city, shops, and an abundance of cafes and restaurants, as well as both the City Baths and Carlton Baths, both of which have gyms as well. The room was compact but very comfortable, and the sliding door onto the little balcony gave me access to fresh air and a breeze (I hate air conditioning)

Everything, the location, the room it was super clean!~.. the comfort level was superb..
we didnt get the street side view of Lygon street, but that didnt matter as it was really quiet at night made for a comfort sleep !.. The carpark is very secure and underground.
I have already again booked the room for my next stay in a few days time and i am thinking this is where i will be staying again and again when in town!..

Absolutely loved this hotel, perfect location in the heart of St Kilda but so lovely and quiet to get a good nights sleep. The rooms were new, new carpets everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a comfy home away from home. -

Ease of checking in early and availability of off street parking. Room very comfortable for our short term stay. Breakfast excellent in the Dining Room and very well priced. Room & Bathroom very clean. Rooms well signed and easily found. Not too much noise from early departures in fact very quiet we almost overslept. Would definitely stay agai

We were there the first weekend that Aura opened and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome or at home.
The apartment was spotless and we had everything that we needed and more!
Location was better than I had hoped with a 5min walk to Southern Cross station which was perfect for the Skybus and 10min walk into the City Centre & Southbank.

We stayed here for 7 days. Great location, 3 min walk from the free city tram stop, 5 min walk to sea life, 8 min walk to crown casino and10 min walk to federation square. Very convenient! Spacious and clean room. Staff were excellent in providing assistance when required. Very fuss free. Unfortunately room wifi was down but we understand it's an isolated incident. Nonetheless, will stay here again!

Couldn't have asked for more - and the cafe downstairs was open on Good Friday! Apartment was clean and serviced well. The staff were great. I booked the wrong Punt Hill and they changed me over to the China Town Punt Hill . It must have been a pain for them but they were very friendly and I appreciated that very much. I'd book into this one again for a lot of reasons. I like people who don't make a big deal about things and just get on with it. The managers made our family very welcome and our stay was really great. I am looking forward to going back.

Reasonably Quiet location for a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Enjoyed the bath/spa too !
Extra payment for car parking was clearly explained by staff but all ok. Just next door and undercover. Not a problem !

The staff were fantastic. We had to leave luggage as we arrived early. This included a large box not heavy but cumbersome. When we returned at check in time we received a bottle of wine and help with our belongings to the 41st floor with fantastic views. Spacious apartments with all amenities. Not too far from shopping in Bourke St Mall. -
