  Our 3 night stay was so nice we booked another 2 nights. On our first arrival wee were greeted by Alvin at the front desk who was absolutely delightful, very professional, polite and helpful and this was just one reason for us to return for another 2 nights. However on our return we were greeted by a young dark haired girl who was quite abrupt and... vad folk säger » made me feel like we were a bother to her after requesting a twin room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to I ends and famil - Staff are excellent I stay here often and each time the service is amazing. I tried to stay at another hotel close by as the hgc was very expensive during peak season, it was an absolute disaster. I will only ever stay at the chancellor when I visit Hobart. Thank you to the staff, the service is faultless in particular the front of house staff, the concierges, housekeeping and room service. A particular thank you to the chef for accommodating my dietary requirements. Fabulous and can't wait to

The food was yum & such great value & the staff were friendly & gave great service. The accommodation was very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family & friends & everyone else that wants a great value for money stay in Hobart.

  The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is very conveniently located at the harbour, close to restaurants and main attractions. Perfect for a couple's weekend away or for single travellers. - Very accommodating at check in.   The apartment had everything necessary for our stay in Hobart. it was spacious and comfortable, in a good position for walking around the Harbour and Central city areas. The staff were very helpful and polite, Convenient guest lounge through the day supplied good coffee.   When Hobart establishments were fully booked we found a room here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved being close to such the wonderful variety of food. Wecwill stay here again - The location was excellent more or less halfway between the casino and the city. Rooms were new and modern and very quiet.

The location suited me perfectly as I walked out of the dining room across the road and 100 meters later was on the Mona ferry. I had a harbour facing room and it was clean, warm and comfortable. Because it is a refit of differently aged buildings there is a charming "Fawltyness" to the interior. Short stairways, creaky floor - Staff were brilliant. We arrived on an unusually very hot day (and our room was unfortunately on the north west corner). Even with the fan going, we were unable to sleep due to this unfortunate combination of circumstances. In the morning with all other rooms booked, we decided to curtail our pre-booked stay - staff were extremely professional, even offering to cloak our luggage until we were able to make other arrangements.   This is the perfect Hotel. Everything was just right. It is new and modern and comfortable. All Staff were very professional and friendly. The Breakfast was just right and the WiFi was Free and reliable. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough. Very good value for money.
